Lead Time

Our standard lead time for processing and packing orders is 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. Some products have a longer lead time, for example when they are a custom/large item, or when the item is made to order. In these cases, the estimated lead time will be clearly stated within the product description. 

When an individual order contains products of varying lead times the items will be sent in one package based on the longest lead time. 

Carrier

All orders are posted using Royal Mail. 

UK orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 depending on your selection. Some large or higher value items will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 as standard. 

Domestic Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the checkout.

Tracking 

If a tracked service was bought, tracking information will be emailed upon order dispatch. If your order has not arrived after the expected lead time, please first check the tracking link in your order dispatch email. and then if you require further assistance contact us at laura@wildnorthstudio.co.uk
